AI-literacy programmes and education project partnerships

Researcher – AI Literacy and Education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin – Tiemann Group

About

I am seeking project partnerships to co-design, deliver and evaluate practical AI-literacy programmes in companies, universities, schools and other organisations. I also welcome education and training providers, European Digital Innovation Hubs, public organisations, chambers and technology partners interested in joint programmes or funded pilots.

For corporate and other organisational settings, collaboration could focus on staff AI literacy and the responsible use of AI in everyday work. In universities and schools, programmes could support educators and staff, with learning activities adapted to participants’ roles, experience and educational context.

The practical AI-literacy cycle connects professional learning with a real task: select one recurring staff workflow; agree approved tools, permitted inputs, roles and human-review criteria; practise in normal work; review the evidence; and make a documented decision to continue, revise or stop. Short workshops are connected by a practice period and a follow-up review.

The distinctive feature is evaluating the complete workflow. Teams consider output quality, corrections, checking effort, non-use and unsuccessful attempts. The participating organisation retains its detailed records and decision authority.

I can contribute research and evaluation design, programme and learning-material development, workshop facilitation, workflow templates, human-review checklists and synthesis of the evidence. Potential outputs include a workflow brief, review criteria, a compact recording template, reusable materials and a decision summary.

Organisations forming a consortium are also welcome to contact me about joining as an education and research partner. Potential contributions include needs analysis, pedagogical design, AI-literacy activities, evaluation, consortium development, and research and evaluation work packages for European project proposals.

A suitable programme or pilot partner would bring a concrete learning or workflow question, a local decision-maker, participants and an agreed tool and data environment. Together, we would define responsibilities, scope, timing and a viable commissioning or funding route. The proposed partnerships and pilots are at the planning stage; each programme would be adapted to the partner’s setting.

A 15-minute matchmaking meeting would be useful to discuss an AI-literacy programme, identify a suitable pilot task or explore a consortium role, then agree a practical next step.
