About me

"All the wisdom we need is in this room." We collectively hold and can create all the knowledge, experience, and skill needed to unravel complex issues, navigate effectively in times of disruption, and continually innovate. Change management bricolage is about how we take what we already have and redesign it into something we need. It is an expression of agility: knowledge-based and timely.

As an organizational psychologist, I enable, facilitate, and act as a sparring partner who will challenge your thinking and the assumptions you are making to craft a unique pathway for you, your team, and your company.

My offer is about enhanced and interactive, iterative learning. It is based on insights from behavioral science. I aim to design learning that encourages and fosters sustainable mindset shifts. My attitude for work is to "think, feel, take action to add meaning and value"​. I believe that everyone is a leader and that only when you learn to lead yourself can you genuinely lead and inspire others.

I teach in academia and am the author of 'Thriving in Disruption'.
