Philip Meier

Philip Meier is a healthcare executive and researcher with expertise in digital health, artificial intelligence in medical diagnostics, and biomedical sciences. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MSc in Bio-Business and Medical Sciences from the University of Aberdeen, and a BSc in Biomedical Science with a specialization in anatomy.

His work focuses on the integration of AI-driven diagnostics in radiology, clinical workflow optimization, and the implementation of evidence-based digital health solutions in primary care. As co-founder of ImageBiopsy Lab, he pioneered the implementation of AI-supported diagnostic devices in Austria, Europe, and the US.

Since 2024, Philip Meier has served as the CEO of PVE Sonnwendviertel, where he is leading the transformation of primary care through the implementation of innovative healthcare delivery models, digital health applications, and quality management frameworks. His research and strategic interests include the application of artificial intelligence in medical decision-making, the role of digital biomarkers in chronic disease management, and the optimization of interdisciplinary primary care networks.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Philip Meier actively contributes to the healthcare community through investment consulting, conference presentations, and collaborations with academic institutions.
