SANEZOO Coating is an AI-powered visual inspection solution designed for automated quality control of painted and coated surfaces. It is especially suitable for parts where surface quality is critical and standard visual inspection becomes difficult due to reflections, complex geometry, colour sensitivity, gloss, matte finishes, or metallic paints.

The system enables reliable detection of structural, mechanical, and coating defects from 0.03 mm, including scratches, particles, coating drops, stains, uneven coating, texture irregularities, local gloss differences, and other visible surface deviations. It can also support colour inspection, verifying whether the coated surface matches the required colour range and remains consistent across the inspected area.

SANEZOO Coating works with controlled lighting and optimized viewpoint configuration to make different types of defects visible. Depending on the application, it can be deployed as a static inspection setup or integrated with a robotic system for larger or geometrically complex parts. In robotic configurations, the system defines inspection viewpoints to minimize blind spots, shadowed areas, and loss of contrast.
