About
Our automated web-based application offers a comprehensive system for a holistic characterization of fiber reinforced and unreinforced polymeric materials based on raw test data (standard or unique).
The tool offers the following services for Continuous Fiber Reinforced Plastics:

Automated processing of raw data based on measurement curves and fiber/matrix properties

FEA-based numerical material card calibration using the specimen data and raw curves generated for the individual experiments. All tests are treated as a whole and non-standard layups can also be used. Conventional and data-driven (Bayesian) optimizer engines can be invoked. Linear and nonlinear constitutive models can be selected.

Data driven approach to find the most suitable 1st-ply-failure model, statistical fit of model parameters, CDFs and A- B-basis values generated for strength
The tool offers the following services for rubber-like polymers:

Automated identification of best suited hyperelasic theoretical model with continuum-mechanics based and ML-based techniques

Initial guess for model parameters

Advanced model fitting techniques including data-driven engine (Bayesian)

Volumetric compressibility, viscoelasticity, cyclic damage, temperature dependence, numerical stability may be considered
