Aviation Consultant – Quality, Compliance & Safety

ACC Aviation Coaching Consulting GmbH is looking for an consultant with practical experience in the aviation industry, especially in the areas of quality management, compliance monitoring and safety management.

The role includes supporting aviation organisations in implementing and improving regulatory processes, preparing audits, analysing compliance gaps, supporting corrective actions and contributing to practical, authority-ready solutions.

Relevant experience may include work in EASA-regulated environments such as Part 21, Part 145, CAMO, air operations, quality management systems, safety management systems, audits, training or process development.

We are looking for a structured and reliable professional who understands aviation processes, regulatory requirements and the importance of clear documentation, traceability and effective implementation.

Typical tasks may include:

• supporting compliance and safety projects,

• preparing and conducting audits,

• developing procedures, checklists and evidence,

• supporting customers during authority or customer audits,

• assisting with corrective action plans,

• contributing to training and consulting projects.

The position may be suitable for experienced consultants, auditors, quality managers, compliance specialists or aviation professionals who want to work on varied projects in manned and unmanned aviation.
