Project Cooperation in Aviation, UAS, Certification & Airworthiness

ACC Aviation Coaching Consulting is interested in project cooperation with aviation companies, UAS manufacturers, OEMs, suppliers, operators, start-ups and public or defence-related organisations preparing or executing aviation projects.

We provide practical support in the areas of initial and continuing airworthiness, EASA compliance, certification planning, Part 21, Part 145, CAMO, quality and compliance management, audits, training and project structuring.

Our experience includes both manned and unmanned aviation projects, including UAS programme structuring, certification strategy, airworthiness planning, compliance gap analysis, authority preparation, organisational interfaces and evidence-based implementation.

Our focus is on translating regulatory requirements into clear processes, robust evidence, authority-ready documentation and workable implementation plans. We are particularly interested in cooperation related to new aviation products, aircraft modifications, unmanned aircraft systems, organisational approvals, audit preparation and international aviation or defence-related projects.

We are looking for partners who require experienced regulatory, compliance, certification or airworthiness support during project definition, implementation, certification or operational ramp-up.
