Seeking European Partners for Leaf-Derived Feedstocks and Biomaterials
Growth & Sustainability Strategist, co-founder at Nantoo Srl SB
Milano, Italy
About
Nantoo is seeking partnerships within existing or emerging European consortia focused on the valorisation of leaf biomass, agricultural residues and pruning biomass as new non-food feedstocks for the circular bioeconomy, bio-based materials, industrial biotechnology and sustainable resource management.
Our contribution focuses on a critical and often overlooked stage of the value chain: the collection, standardisation, traceability and preparation of biomass feedstocks for industrial use. Through the BioPods® system and our growing network of industrial, academic and territorial stakeholders, we aim to support the development of reliable and scalable biomass streams derived from urban green management, landscaping, horticulture and perennial crops such as olive groves, orchards, chestnut groves, hazelnut orchards and almond plantations.
We are particularly interested in projects involving biomass stabilisation, fibre recovery, extraction of bioactive compounds, bio-based materials, biopolymers, paper, green chemistry and innovative industrial applications. We welcome collaboration with research organisations, universities, industrial partners, clusters, public authorities and innovation ecosystems interested in developing replicable solutions capable of transforming underutilised biomass resources into high-value products and strategic feedstocks for the European bioeconomy.
