About me
Firm believer in the biotechnological potential of microorganisms and technology transfer from academia to industry, I am attending the PhD in Biological Sciences and Applied Biotechnology. The topic of my research is the revalorisation of agro-industrial by-products for the production of alternative proteins based on fungi, or mycoproteins. I spend my free time mostly in the mountains, between mountaineering and local food.
