Welcome to IDEALIST PROJECT FINAL EVENT!

After three years of European collaboration, the IDEALIST project will conclude with a final event dedicated to industrial resilience and the ability of European SMEs to anticipate, adapt and transform in response to economic, technological and geopolitical disruptions.

More than a traditional project-closing conference, this event has been designed as a platform for strategic dialogue and knowledge exchange, bringing together clusters, SMEs, policymakers, innovation experts and European stakeholders to address a key question: how can Europe build more resilient industrial ecosystems for the future?

About IDEALIST

Funded by the European Union, IDEALIST aims to strengthen the resilience of SMEs operating in three strategic industrial ecosystems :

  • Energy-Intensive Industries

  • Aerospace & Defence

  • Mobility, Transport & Automotive

The project responds to challenges highlighted by recent global disruptions, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, rising energy costs, raw material shortages and shifting market dynamics. Its mission has been to help SMEs better anticipate change, accelerate adaptation and remain competitive in an increasingly uncertain environment.

A Day of Insights, Dialogue and Networking

The event will revolve around three key questions :

  • What disruptions are reshaping European industry today ?

  • What concrete solutions and tools has IDEALIST developed to support SMEs ?

  • How can clusters, companies and European networks ensure the long-term impact of the project’s results ?

Typology of participants expected :

  • IDEALIST project partners

  • SMEs involved in the IDEALIST community

  • Members of the CARA, EDEN and CIMES clusters

  • Representatives of European institutions

  • Members of the Advisory Board and other key innovation stakeholders

Programme Highlights | What to Expect

  • Insights on industrial disruptions and resilience;

  • Cross-sector discussion involving companies representatives;

Shaping the Future of Industrial Resilience

Through this final event, IDEALIST aims to demonstrate that resilience is no longer simply about responding to crises—it is a strategic capability that enables SMEs to innovate, transform and thrive in a rapidly changing world. Participants will leave with deeper insights into industrial trends, practical tools developed through the project and new opportunities for collaboration across Europe.
