Connecting innovation with the people who will use it.

I’m Sandra Badea, founder of Talent Center International, a psychologist and entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in HR, organisational development, and partnerships, including more than 3,000 hours of training delivered in English and Romanian.

I help bridge the gap between technical innovation and real-world adoption by bringing a human and business perspective to multidisciplinary projects.

For Horizon Europe consortia, I can contribute to:

• Stakeholder engagement and co-creation: identifying relevant communities, exploring user needs and facilitating collaboration between researchers, businesses, healthcare stakeholders and end users.
• Training and capacity building: designing workshops and learning programmes that help people understand and adopt new technologies, including AI.
• Human factors and organisational change: addressing trust, readiness, skills gaps and barriers to adoption.
• Consortium development and partnerships: identifying complementary organisations and building cross-sector relationships.
• Communication, dissemination and exploitation planning: translating complex ideas into accessible messages, engaging potential adopters and exploring practical routes to market.

I am currently developing international collaborations around digital health, preventive care and AI-enabled approaches to chronic disease, including consortium-building initiatives focused on type 2 diabetes and hepatitis B.

I’m particularly interested in joining consortia where technology needs a strong connection to people, organisations and practical implementation. I am open to contributing as a partner, task leader or work package co-lead in stakeholder engagement, training, innovation adoption, and project management.
