About Exagate
Exagate Elektronik (Istanbul, founded 2010) develops environmental monitoring, power management and integrated infrastructure solutions for data centers and IT facilities. We have been an R&D Center accredited by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology since 2018. All our products are developed in-house, and we own the related intellectual property. Exagate is part of Açık Holding and the Boreas Technology group. Together with our sister company Boreas, we offer cooling, critical power and automation as one integrated stack, from design to manufacturing and operation.
Core expertise
-
Smart power distribution (POWERGuard PDU series): Design and manufacturing of Basic, Inline Meter, Intelligent PDU and Group Socket products (1P/3P, 16/32/63/100 A). Features include 0.5% metering accuracy, outlet-level metering and switching, residual current and power quality monitoring, hot-swap controllers, operation up to 60 °C, and Modbus TCP/SNMP.
-
Modular data centers: Factory-built, containerized data centers (40 ft ISO, IP55) with integrated power, cooling, monitoring and IT, deployed on site in weeks instead of the 18+ months of a conventional build. We design them for edge computing, AI inference pods, disaster recovery sites and remote locations, and support them with a digital twin for virtual commissioning and remote management.
-
IoT environmental and asset monitoring (Sysguard series): Gateways supporting up to 256 sensors via daisy chain. Sensors cover temperature, humidity, smoke, leak (water and oil), door, motion and vibration, plus smart cabinet locks. Battery monitoring covers up to 480 cells. Supported protocols are HTTPS, Modbus, SNMP and MQTT, with Ethernet and 4G connectivity.
-
DCIM and energy analytics (SmartPack): A single web interface for real-time energy monitoring, PUE analysis, alarm management, per-rack and per-tenant billing, maps and diagrams. It integrates third-party devices over SNMP, Modbus, BACnet and MQTT.
-
AI for data center operations: Anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and AI-based dynamic cooling control that prevents hot spots through continuous load analysis.
-
Electronics and embedded engineering: Microelectronics, PCB and power electronics design, embedded firmware, high-security database software and low-carbon electronic system design.
-
Integrated cooling and automation (with Boreas): CDU liquid cooling up to 1.3 MW for AI/HPC, adiabatic free cooling at pPUE 1.06, rear-door, in-row and fan-wall cooling, BMS/EPMS integration, digital twin and container/modular data centers.
