I am an R&D and Innovation Manager at SISKON, with nearly 30 years of experience in industrial software engineering, system architecture, and applied R&D for manufacturing environments.
My background is in Computer Engineering, and my career has been dedicated to bridging shop-floor realities with scalable digital systems. I have led and contributed to numerous industrial and R&D projects covering Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), industrial IoT/IIoT data platforms, production monitoring, workflow and document management systems, and tailor-made enterprise software solutions.
In R&D and innovation projects, my role typically spans:
-
Translating industrial needs into technical and functional requirements
-
Defining system architectures and data models
-
Leading multidisciplinary technical teams
-
Ensuring solutions are deployable, scalable, and exploitable beyond pilots
I have worked with industrial partners across automotive, white goods, aerospace, textiles, FMCG, and process industries, and have actively participated in TÜBİTAK-funded R&D projects, often at the interface between academia and industry.
My current focus is on digital manufacturing, energy and carbon intelligence, and data-driven optimisation, applying technologies such as industrial IoT, real-time analytics, AI/ML, and low-code platforms to support energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and sustainability objectives aligned with EU Green Deal priorities.
Within Horizon Europe and Eureka-type projects, I contribute as a technical lead and industry liaison, supporting consortium building, pilot definition, exploitation strategy, and the translation of research results into real industrial impact.
