I am currently working as Government Relations and Sustainability Incentives Manager at Brisa, with 30 years of professional experience in international trade, regulatory compliance, and incentive mechanisms. Throughout my career, I have been recognized not only for my technical expertise but also for my adaptability, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented mindset. Over the past five years, I have led Brisa’s participation in national and international funding programs with successful projects on sustainable products, chemicals, water, waste management, and energy. 

I'm aligned with Brisa's sustainability-driven business model and assist in national and international reporting such as CDP, Ecovadis and TSRS (Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards). I update management on regulations especially EU Green Deal, EUDR, ESPR, CBAM, ETS, Taxonomy, DPP, Single Use Plastics etc and give regular trainings company-wide. I represent Brisa in several NGOs such as TÜSİAD( Turkish industry and business association), LASDER (Tyre Manufacturers Association), YASED (International Investors Association). 

I am passionate about building bridges between industry, government, and academia, and I place great value on teamwork, openness, and mentoring younger colleagues. With a high sense of responsibility, dedication and strategic foresight, I'm motivated to create long-term value by aligning business growth with sustainability and to expand these efforts further within Horizon Europe and other international collaborations.
