How to Register for the ICTürkiye2025 International Brokerage Event and Create a Strong Profile for Validation

1. Register for the event

   Register via the Register button.

   When you first register for our event your profile will not automatically be activated. Our team will review it and make sure it is complete and relevant. After validation, your profile will be activated. In order to ensure that you will be activated and able to participate in our event you should create a strong profile that will raise your visibility to others on this platform.

2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for

   Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.

   Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a photo, logo of your organisation, pitch, biography, your skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Add at least one cooperation profile in the Marketplace section. This could include your partnership, related research, project cooperation, expertise, or an idea for a project.

   The quality of your profiles will greatly influence the quality of our events and meetings. Therefore, only after you have created/improved your cooperation profile(s) can we validate your participation. Please note that only complete profiles with at least one marketplace item (e.g., a collaboration opportunity) will be validated in the first phase. This ensures full benefits, such as visibility and the ability to book meetings with participants at an early stage.

3. Browse profiles of attendees

   Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

4. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

   Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

5. My schedule and meetings overview

   Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!
