Technical Supervision

• Oversight of production processes for railway products

• Railway infrastructure components, including:

  • Rails

  • Ribbed sleepers, plates, clamps, spring rings, and anchors

  • Turnouts and their components: rail chairs and switch points

  • Sleepers

• Components of railway rolling stock:

  • Carriage bodies for passenger and freight wagons

  • Buffers and coupling hooks

  • Axles, wheels, rims, wheelsets, axle boxes, and bearings

  • Bogies, springs, and other products manufactured through forging, casting, and plastic processing

Laboratory Testing

• Participation in sample collection, marking, and transferring marks during sample preparation

• Participation in destructive technical testing, including hardness, strength, impact resistance, chemical composition assessment, etc.

In-Process Testing

• Geometrical measurements

• Roughness measurements

• Flatness measurements

• Measurement of special shape characteristics

• Measurement of technological parameters

• Supervision of anti-corrosion processes

• Supervision of bonding/joining processes

• Non-destructive testing, including participation in:

  • PT (Penetrant Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Testing), and RT (Radiographic Testing)

  • Final and shipment testing

  • Sampling tests of established product characteristics

  Certification according to EN ISO 15085
