3D scanning services

We provide comprehensive services in the field of 3D scanning technology for designing new products, controlling the production process, improving the quality of finished products, and conducting more effective material testing. We perform 3D scanning services in our measurement laboratory in Poznań or on site at the customer's premises.

Measurements using 3D scanning technology:

measurements of objects ranging in size from a few millimetres to several metres

3D scanning with a maximum measurement error (MPE) of ±0.025 mm

comparison with the nominal CAD model and creation of a colour deviation map

dimensional inspection of parts in accordance with 2D documentation and GD&T analysis

SPC analysis, i.e. determination of process indicators (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, Cm, Cmk)

measurements of parts during the production part approval process – PPAP

measurements of parts during first article inspection – FAI

adjustment of welding and heat sealing tools – precise positioning of holders and fasteners
