Seeking R&D Partners in Nutrient Density, Food Biotechnology and Athletic Performance

Yanaa is seeking research, biotech and industry partners for a project focused on the relationship between nutrient-dense real foods and athletic performance. Our goal is to better understand how whole, minimally processed ingredients can support endurance, recovery, digestion and long-term health, and how these effects compare with conventional ultra-processed sports nutrition.

We are particularly interested in collaborating with companies, laboratories and innovation partners working across food biotechnology, nutrition science, functional ingredients, microbiome research, fermentation, biomarker analysis and regenerative food systems. We want to investigate how biotechnology can help identify, preserve or enhance the nutritional and functional value of real foods for athletes, while remaining aligned with clean-label, sustainable and bioregional food principles.

This cooperation could include research partnerships, product development, testing protocols, ingredient innovation, clinical or pilot studies, and new approaches to measuring nutrient density and performance outcomes. We are looking to connect with partners who share an interest in building the next generation of sports nutrition: food that supports both human and planetary health.
