Beeblock ES – Modular PEM Electrolysis System

Beeblock ES is a modular PEM electrolysis system for on-site green hydrogen. Instead of engineering a bespoke plant, you build the system from three standard modules and scale capacity by adding units.

The modules

• EM electrolyser module – up to 1,050 NL/h of hydrogen per module at 4.9 kWh/Nm³ (beginning of life), 8–20 bar outlet pressure

• DM drying and purification module – raises purity to above 99.999 % (H₂O and O₂ below 5 ppm, ISO 14687), dew point below −70 °C, maintenance-free

• WM water treatment and routing module – prepares municipal tap water for electrolysis and supplies up to four EM modules

• System range: 1–20 Nm³/h, 5–100 kW

• Single-phase AC supply per module (100/220 V, 50/60 Hz)

• Compact modules on a common 593 × 656 mm footprint

• Beeblock NET: the modules communicate wirelessly, and the system connects to your control environment via Modbus TCP

• Every module can be serviced or replaced on its own, keeping downtime short

• Industrial hydrogen for laboratories, semiconductor fabs and manufacturing

• Distributed hydrogen supply at the point of use

• Turning surplus solar or wind power into stored hydrogen, combined with Beeblock Gen fuel-cell power systems for off-grid and backup applications

• Demonstration and pilot projects, especially with partners who want to validate on-site hydrogen before offering it to their own customers
