The Consorci de Salut i Social de Catalunya (CSC) is a local public entity with an associative basis, founded in 1983, which has its origins in the municipalist movement. It brings together town councils, provincial councils, regional councils and public or private non-profit health and social entities.
Our objective is to work together for the health and well-being of citizens by promoting the improvement of public services for people and thus contributing to a healthier, sustainable, fairer and more supportive society. To this end, we share knowledge, conduct research, promote innovation and provide solutions to the challenges of the health and social services systems.
Our activity is also focused on representing and defending the interests of our members. We represent them in around a hundred bodies of the Administration and are part of national and international institutions in the health, social and business sectors.
Our history and accumulated experience also allow us to provide specialized, quality and competitive services.
