Connected Care: Continuous Vitals & Workflow Sensors for Nursing Homes

Director Digital Business and Innovation at HARTMANN

Stuttgart, Germany

About

We are building a platform ecosystem for nursing homes that connects and orchestrates a broad range of IoT devices to turn raw sensor data into actionable insights for care teams. Our vision is to improve resident wellbeing, safety and outcomes while making care delivery more efficient for nursing staff, allowing them to focus on those things that matter most.

Today, we can already support continuous monitoring of a key vital parameters —and we are now ready to expand our solution with additional devices, sensors or systems. Alongside clinical monitoring, we are equally interested in process-optimizing sensors that reduce manual workload and improve daily routines for staff.
