About

www.pvtglobal.com, Calores company responds to growing demand from project developers and energy utility providers. PVT-assisted systems help balance solar energy variability with thermal demand. We support the reduction of peak energy loads used for water heating in buildings. We enhance building energy performance indicators: 4× more energy from the same surface area, 10% more electricity compared with standard PV during summer period. In PVT assisted Heat pumps COP is higher for more than 30%,. In PVT assisted gas boilers CO2 emission is reduced for around 50% depends on  system design. Calores is underpinned by Prof Nasov's now-how in new original PVT design,  manufacturing, supported by a full automated production line configuration and proprietary advanced R&D  and  system monitoring. Inspired by the success of the PVT manufacturers, we decided to take it a step further — we have created the most efficient hybrid PVT collector world wide, representing the most energy-efficient and cleanest renewable solar cogeneration. . Thanks to this technological superposition, we are trendsetters in developing breakthrough renewable energy solutions, powered by PVT modules that deliver both electricity and heat." We are shaping the future of renewable energy through PVT cogeneration — a sustainable and cost-effective solution. Currently the know-how is reinforced by 'learning-by-doing' in commercial projects aimed at large PVT assisted RES especially industrial systems where PVT serves as the primary energy source powering heat pumps. By integrating three technologies: thermal solar collectors, PV electricity generation, and heat pumps, our systems optimize energy recovery by minimizing waste heat and maximizing the renewable contribution of solar energy. Furthermore, when combined with thermal energy storage (e.g., in seasonal heat storage in ground or water reservoirs), our systems further improve energy recovery by storing excess solar heat for later use, mitigating demand peaks, and improving annual performance indicators such as the seasonal coefficient of performance (SPF). Furthermore, because heat pump (HP) + PVT systems can be optimized using advanced automation, our PVT-assisted systems offer significant development potential in energy recovery, especially in newly designed facilities through integration with advanced building automation systems (BMS, Building Management Systems).Calores taps into the Alternative Solar Photovoltaic (PV) market with PVT solar cogenration solutions which offer higher efficiency, sustainability, flexibility, and lower production costs compared to traditional PV systems. Since the biggest problems of the PV panel  are: total energy loss of around 70 %, primarily in the form of heat and decreasing efficiency of PV systems with increasing temperature of PV cells In essence, Calores addresses the challenge of limited photovoltaic efficiency by introducing a new integrated PV-T absorber mounted on the rear side of the PV module.  Our scientific founder is Professor Dr Ilja Nasov who specializes in research and development of advanced materials and surface functionalization, with a strong focus on solar energy applications. Expertise includes plasma technologies, galvanic processes, and electrochemical coatings aimed at enhancing the performance of solar thermal and hybrid PVT collectors. Other key R&D staff members include experienced R&D manager with over 10 years of expertise in leading projects within the energy and HVAC industries, energy engineer with 5+ years of experience in photovoltaics and heat pump technologies and experienced specialist in electrical, energy, and thermal engineering projects. design and installation experience regarding cogeneration heat substations, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical expertise and maintaining a strong emphasis on design safety. Our know-how is leveraged in large PVT assisted RES especially industrial systems where PVT serves as the primary energy source powering heat pumps.   We collaborate with leading providers of photovoltaic technologies such as ML System – Polish pioneer in building-integrated photovoltaics and smart energy solutions
