Seeking R&D Partners: KIS 4 Energy Storage (Pit-Stop) & Advanced Composites for TRL 5 E-Mobility Ecosystem

About
The Project: A Validated, Antifragile B2B E-Mobility Ecosystem
Fridee is developing the "wireless wake park": a B2B e-mobility ecosystem for the HoReCa sector. We are not a typical high-risk D2C hardware startup; our B2B Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) model was specifically designed as an antidote to the "Triad of Failure" (e.g., Radinn, Lampuga) that caused the 2023-2025 market collapse.
Our model is validated by a 0.5-0.6 season ROI for operators and traction from 3 Polish B2B partners. We are a stable, reliable partner for a long-term Horizon Europe consortium.
Our R&D Assets (What We Offer):
We have reached TRL 5 and offer two core R&D assets for a Horizon Europe consortium:
1. THE "PIT-STOP" (Climate, Energy & Mobility): Our core business innovation. A <10-second battery swap system that ensures 100% B2B uptime. Strategically, this is a decentralized, mobile energy storage (bufor) solution. It is perfectly aligned with Poland’s KIS 4, enabling integration with renewable sources (OZE) at tourism sites.
2. THE "Fridee Fun" FREESTYLE BOARD for water sports (Digital, Industry): Our product innovation (TRL 5). The rise of eFoils has created an unserved niche: freestyle on obstacles. Our "Fridee Fun" board must be light (target <15kg) and high-impact resistant. This creates a tangible R&D challenge in advanced composites and manufacturing.
3. SOCIAL IMPACT (EU Policy): Our "no-rope" technology is inclusive by design, making the sport accessible to children, seniors, and users with less physical strength, directly supporting EU equality and accessibility policies.
What We Are Looking For (Our "Ask" for Project Cooperation):
We are seeking R&D consortium partners to advance our project from TRL 5 to TRL 7 and secure Horizon Europe funding.
We are looking for:
*Research Partners: Institutes or technical universities specializing in advanced composites, polymer engineering, or hydrodynamic efficiency to help us solve the "Fridee Fun" board R&D challenge.
*Technical Partners (Energy):* Experts in energy storage, battery management systems (BMS), or smart grids to co-develop and pilot our "Pit-Stop" system as a KIS 4-aligned decentralized energy solution.
*Strategic Pilot Sites:* HoReCa operators or municipalities (not for sales, but as consortium partners) willing to act as a pilot site for a zero-emission, sustainable tourism demonstration project.
