PPG Tepic

PPG TEPIC is an agricultural holding located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on sustainable agriculture, aquaculture and the practical implementation of digital and smart farming technologies.

The farm combines traditional agricultural activities with the development and testing of innovative solutions for environmental monitoring and resource-efficient farming. Current activities include freshwater fish farming, goat farming, water management and the development of low-cost IoT systems for monitoring water quality parameters.

A particular focus is placed on smart aquaculture and environmental monitoring. The farm is being used as a real-world testing environment for IoT-based sensor systems, data collection and artificial intelligence approaches for monitoring water quality and dissolved oxygen conditions.

PPG TEPIC is also interested in renewable energy solutions, smart livestock management, efficient water use and the integration of digital technologies into small and medium-sized agricultural holdings.

The farm is interested in participating in Horizon Europe and other European research and innovation projects as a pilot site, demonstration farm, end-user and project partner. We are particularly interested in cooperation related to smart agriculture, aquaculture, biodiversity and environmental monitoring, IoT, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, water management and living labs.
