Pilot Site for Cost-Effecftive Biodiversity Monitoring
Computer Science Teacher / Researcher / Farm Owner at PPG Tepic
Derventa, Bosnia And Herzegovina
About
PPG TEPIC is seeking partners interested in the development and validation of cost-effective technologies for biodiversity and environmental monitoring.
Our agricultural holding in Bosnia and Herzegovina includes a freshwater pond and surrounding agricultural ecosystem that can be used as a small-scale real-world pilot site for environmental data collection, sensor deployment and demonstration activities.
We are particularly interested in combining low-cost IoT sensors, environmental data, artificial intelligence and digital monitoring tools to better understand water quality, ecosystem conditions and changes in freshwater and agricultural environments.
Potential cooperation areas include biodiversity monitoring, freshwater ecosystem monitoring, water quality assessment, IoT sensor networks, AI-based environmental analysis, living labs and citizen-oriented monitoring approaches.
We are interested in joining Horizon Europe consortia as a pilot site, end-user and demonstration partner, particularly for projects requiring practical testing and validation of affordable monitoring technologies.
