Biogen Praha s.r.o. is a Czech life-science SME specialising in molecular biology, genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics.
We provide and develop laboratory and computational solutions covering PCR/qPCR, DNA and RNA analysis, sequencing, metabarcoding, metagenomics and advanced genomic data interpretation.
For Horizon Europe projects, we are particularly interested in biodiversity, wildlife and One Health applications. Our capabilities can support DNA-based species identification, eDNA and metabarcoding, molecular authentication of biological samples, biodiversity monitoring, detection of invasive species, wildlife forensics and genomic or metagenomic analysis.
Biogen can contribute to collaborative projects from experimental design and laboratory processing through sequencing coordination to bioinformatic analysis and interpretation. We are particularly interested in joining European consortia as an SME technology partner and in leading or contributing to tasks and work packages focused on molecular biology, genomics, sequencing and bioinformatics.
We are open to cooperation with universities, research institutes, public authorities, NGOs, technology companies and other European SMEs.
