Proposal writing - 50% success rate

Innovarum is a European innovation consultancy based in Madrid, specialising in the agri-food and bioeconomy sectors. We bring 13 years of experience in EU proposal writing, supported by first-hand experience as expert evaluators.

We are looking to join consortia for Horizon Europe, CBE JU and other EU funding programmes. When we participate as a project partner, we also contribute critical review and substantive editing during proposal preparation, helping strengthen the proposal’s clarity, coherence and alignment with the evaluation criteria.

During project implementation, our roles include:

• Dissemination and communication: developing communication plans, campaigns, videos and graphic content to share project activities and results with relevant audiences.

• Exploitation strategies: supporting partners in planning how project results can be used and taken forward.

• Innovation services: contributing sector expertise and specialised studies in agri-food and bioeconomy.

• Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP): supporting the implementation of cascade funding activities.

• Policy recommendations: translating project findings into recommendations for policymakers.

• Administrative and management support: assisting with project administration and implementation.

Our track record includes more than 180 EU proposals written since 2013, with an approximately 50% success rate for Horizon Europe and CBE JU collaborative proposals fully written by Innovarum under 2023–2025 topics.
