HORIZON-NATURE-2027_Environmental Proteomics and Metaproteomics for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Research
Professor at Linköping University
Linköping, Sweden
About
At Linköping University, we develop mass spectrometry-based proteomics and metaproteomics approaches to investigate how environmental exposures and stressors alter biological function in organisms and biological communities. Our approaches can contribute to mechanistic effect assessment, studies of non-model organisms, functional characterisation of biological communities, and identification of molecular and functional indicators relevant to environmental monitoring.
We are particularly interested in collaborations connecting molecular-level evidence with biodiversity, ecosystem functioning, environmental pollution, ecological monitoring, and One Health.
We offer: environmental proteomics and metaproteomics; proteogenomic approaches for non-model species; functional response profiling; mechanistic biomarker discovery; and integration of molecular responses with environmental and ecological data.
We welcome contact from coordinators and consortia looking for complementary environmental omics expertise.
