Horizon Europe on-site Matchmaking for Cluster 6 - Calls 2027
Registration open until 13 Dec 2026
Eligibility conditions
Making sure that admitted particpants meet a minimum standard will improve your own experience of the event. A well-prepared profile will help potential partners better understand your interests and facilitate relevant networking opportunities during matchmaking. This is why we mandate that you: (1) genuinely intend to participate onsite, (2) you have at least one meaningful cooperation profile, (3) you have a meaningful organisation profile. Below, we detail how you create a profile that matches these criteria and get the most out of our event.
Step 1 – Register for the Event
-
Click the green "Register now" button and complete your personal details.
-
Create an engaging profile and provide a clear description of your organisation in English under "Organisation Information > Organisation description".
-
Create at least one marketplace opportunity in English related to your selected topics (see Step 2).
-
Indicate which sessions you plan to attend under Profile Dashboard > Prepare your schedule > Add sessions.
Important – Registration and Admission
-
Places are limited! Registration will close as soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached, potentially before the announced deadline. We strongly recommend registering early.
-
Registration does not automatically guarantee admission. All profiles will be reviewed by the organisers. Only participants who meet the registration requirements will be approved.
-
On-site participation only. Please register only if you intend to attend the event in person at the European Commission's Charlemagne Building (CHAR) in Brussels.
Step 2 – Create Your Marketplace Opportunity
Your marketplace opportunity is your digital business card. It showcases your project ideas, expertise and collaboration interests. At least one high-quality opportunity is mandatory for registration approval.
Log in to b2match and select "Add opportunities". Include:
-
Title: Relevant Cluster 6 topic or call identifier (e.g. CL6-2027-…), maximum 160 characters.
-
Description: Briefly describe your project idea or expertise, your intended role in the consortium and the partners you are looking for.
-
Type of cooperation sought: Select "Partner" or "Coordinator".
Tip: Be specific and concise to increase your visibility and attract relevant meeting requests. Your profile may remain visible on the event website after the event.
Step 3 – Book Meetings - from 14.12.2027
Be proactive! Once meeting booking opens:
-
Browse participant profiles and marketplace opportunities.
-
Send meeting requests with a short, personalised message explaining your interest.
-
Check incoming requests regularly and accept or decline them.
Accepted meetings will be scheduled automatically.
Step 4 – Attend the Event - 15.01.2027
A few days before the event, you will receive your personal meeting schedule by email. You can also access it via the b2match website or mobile app:
Venue: European Commission – Charlemagne Building (CHAR), Rue de la Loi 170, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
Review your schedule in advance and arrive on time for your meetings.
We look forward to connecting you with your future Horizon Europe Cluster 6 partners!
