Our research center offers comprehensive capabilities in materials development and advanced manufacturing technologies:

Advanced Materials Synthesis & Functionalization:

• Low pressure plasma processes (PVD, PECVD) with multiple sputtering systems (RF/DC cathodes) for reactive co-sputtering on bulk and powder substrates, including innovative sputtering on liquid substrates

• Atomic Layer Deposition (thermal and plasma-enhanced ALD) for atomically controlled functional films

• Surface engineering, advanced coatings and treatments for enhanced performance materials

Materials Characterization & Testing:
