HOW IT WORKS ...

Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration.

For the current Industry calls, you are invited to take advantage of:

1.       The long-term matchmaking open until 17 April 2026;

2.       Pitching session scheduled on 10 February 2026.

Long-term matchmaking gives you the flexibility to connect and engage anytime, wherever you are. You can schedule meetings at any point during the active matchmaking period and select your preferred meeting length when sending a request. Available durations include 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes.

Pitching session provides the opportunity to showcase your personal and your organization’s expertise, capabilities, and innovative ideas to a targeted audience of potential partners during up to 5 minutes presentations. The submitted pitches will be accepted on the basis "first come, first served", but setting preference to project ideas related to calls in scope, and next to participants from widening countries.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your successful participation in the activity:

1. Register for the event

Register via the Register button.

2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and for what are you looking for

Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.

Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

3. Your profile will be automatically made visible for other participants and ready for networking.

Although your profile is automatically made visible, it will be reviewed by NCPs, who may suggest improvements to address any shortcomings.

4. Browse profiles of attendees

Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet and who is offering interesting and promising collaboration opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

5. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations to establish stronger connections.

6. My schedule and meetings overview

Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule of your meetings. Check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!

7.       Present the pitch on 10 Feb, 2026.

If you wish to showcase your expertise, capabilities, and innovative ideas, we encourage you to submit an application to present your pitch. During registration, select “Yes” in response to the question: Do you intend to present your project idea/expertise at the pitching session? Then, provide a title and upload your pitch in .pptx format, prepared according to the instructions in the pitch template. You can also submit your application later by editing your profile.
