-           8 years of education (5 years as a student and 3 years of graduate education) at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. This university is one of the 5 leading universities in Ukraine and in ICT.

-           10 years of scientific and managerial work in the field of ICT and project management as head of the laboratory E-learning technology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

-           30+ years of experience in managing international, national and regional projects in the different innovation fields, research and technology transfer, support of SMEs. Direct contacts have been established with key Ukrainian stakeholders in the research and innovation ecosystem. Experience in managing teams of experts at the national and international levels and preparing project reports to EU requirements.

-           3 years of experience of participation in different initiatives for support and rebuilding Ukraine of war consequences.

-           25+ years of experience in advocacy activities as a member of different working groups to develop national and regional economic development strategies, plans and programs in entrepreneurship, innovation and startup mentoring.

-           20 years of experience implementing projects under the EU Framework Program (FP6, FP7, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europa).

-           3 years of experience in implementing projects under the cross-border program PL-BY-UA.

-           5 years of experience in collaboration with KIC of European Institute Innovation and Technology..

-           10+ years of experience in supporting startups.

-           25+ years of experience working in supporting development of local communities.

-           20+ years of experience working with civil society organisations.
