About me
Ass. Prof. Dr. Plamen Teodosiev is a lecturer in the National Security Department at the Faculty of Information Sciences at the University of Library Science and Information Technology (UniBIT). He has an acquired educational and scientific degree "doctor" in professional field 3.5 Public communications and information sciences, in the doctoral program "Diplomacy and security". She gives lectures and exercises on the topic: "Diplomacy and security", "State and trends in international relations in the context of security" and "Protection of cultural and historical heritage abroad".
He has many years of experience as a diplomat from his two mandates as consul in the Consulates General of the Republic of Bulgaria in the city of Istanbul and the city of Edirne, Republic of Turkey. As such, he has actively contributed to the deepening of Bulgarian-Turkish relations in the field of cultural heritage protection and deepening of cross-border cooperation.
Speaks Turkish and Russian languages.

The University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) situated in Sofia, Bulgaria is one of the leading universities in Bulgaria with modern and dynamic development and national and international recognition (http://www.unibit.bg) with 70 years of experience in the field of higher education.
