The dairy industry was founded in Agrigento in 1985 thanks to the initiative of Mr. La Gaipa Calogero, who, with great passion, began the production and marketing of mozzarella, stretched-curd cheeses, and food preparations.

Since the early years, our main goal has been to offer our customers healthy, high-quality products, thanks to careful control of the raw materials used and the use of the best dairy techniques, combining craftsmanship and technological innovation.

Over the last twenty years, the company has undergone a major renovation process, starting with the construction of a new production site covering an area of 8,000 square meters, of which 3,000 square meters are dedicated to production, storage, and preservation.

In the years that followed, Cuor di Pizza experienced rapid expansion, first nationally and then across Europe, thanks to generational change and new investments that made production increasingly technologically advanced.

Recently, thanks to the efforts of our Research and Development department, we have expanded our product range with strategic solutions designed to meet the needs of the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, large-scale retail (GDO), and the food industry.
