RED LILIUM- IGT Sicilian Organic wine

Red Lilium IGT Terre Siciliane Organic Wine is an elegant expression of Syrah and Nero d’Avola, cultivated organically in the sunny lands of Partanna, between 150 and 300 meters above sea level.
The silty-clayey and alluvial soils, rich in organic matter, together with sea breezes that keep the vineyards healthy, give the wine a unique harmony of fruit and spice.

Vinification takes place separately in stainless steel at around 25°C, with maceration on the skins for 10–15 days. After the natural malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in steel and is aged in bottle for 3–4 months, preserving its youthful charm.

In the glass, it reveals a bright ruby red color with purple reflections. The bouquet is fruity and intense, with hints of berries, blackberries, raspberries, and a delicate licorice note. On the palate, it’s soft, harmonious, and pleasantly warm, expressing the soul of Sicily.
Excellent with roasted meats, rich pasta dishes, aged cheeses, and hearty stews. 13,5% Vol.
