WHITE LILIUM- IGT Sicilian organic wine

White Lilium IGT Terre Siciliane Organic Wine is a refined blend of Inzolia and Zibibbo grapes grown organically in Partanna, western Sicily, at altitudes between 350 and 400 meters. The sandy-limestone soil enriches the wine with vibrant freshness and minerality, while the strong temperature range between day and night enhances its elegant bouquet of citrus and floral notes.

Vinified separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks (15°C), the wines are later blended and briefly aged in bottle to preserve purity and aromatic integrity.
In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the palate, it is fresh, slightly savory, and well-balanced, embodying the Mediterranean character of Sicily.
Perfect pairing with fresh seafood, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and soft cheeses. 12.5% Vol.
