months, before being bottled and continuing its refinement in bottle for 10 months.

Characteristics: a compact ruby color, hints of blackberries and balsamic; t h e taste i s elegant

w i t h a s o f t a n d structured closure.

Pairings: Classic meditation wine with dark chocolate, but accompanies also perfectly braised
