Metiusco Anniversario

Slightly overripen to enhance the structure and the great acidity in order to withstand the thinning process. The Anniversary Metiusco derives from 100% Negroamaro grapes harvested with local typical methods. It is therefore necessary to perfectly balance the sugar content and the acidity of the grapes to produce a Negroamaro that reflects the vine’s characteristics and for it to afford a long-lasting thinning process in bottle.

With its ruby color full of violet shades, on the nose it is intense and complex with ripe fruit and Mediterranean spices aroma.

This a well-structured, full-bodied, balanced, round, and profound wine. The finish is as pleasantly bitter as the Negroamaro must be.
