VI VERI - CABERNET SAUVIGNON

In the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, which lie within the Salesian estate, north of the Biviere Nature Reserve, the grapes are nourished by the flavor of the lake, offering us special fruits that become Vi Veri.

With a garnet red colour, the nose reflects the typical aromas of the vine to which it belongs with hints of tomato leaves and green pepper, but also fruity notes of blackberries, cherries, plums, and spicy notes of roasted coffee, chocolate and carob.

The homage to the generous land translates the name of Biviere into Vi Veri, restoring in the dialectal expressive strength the strong link with the territory and with the Latin roots, “towards strength”.
