Organic and vegan wines from Puglia

Natural grassy meadows in the vineyards, fertilization with grape marcs and broad beans, vegan and low-intervention vinifications are some of the techniques we use for our organic wines.
We tend to make dry, mineral wines, with no, or very few, residual sugar. We also try to make clean, direct, incisive wines, within the boundaries of the organic principles. We want to convey the grape variety aromas, the territory influence and the family style all together in every glass, in order to give an unique experience.
