Our new eco-friendly leather tanning unit, which is under construction at the moment, applies sustainable processes to minimize environmental impact while delivering premium-quality leather for a wide range of applications. Key manufacturing highlights include: Shima Seiki glove knitting machines allow faster and cost-effective production of anti-cut and firemen gloves. In-house production of different types of leather which includes natural crust, fire-resistant, water-repellent, and silicon-treated leather (ideal for electrician gloves and other specialized PPE). A large unutilized capacity is ready to support scalable production needs. Capability to produce for both high-end and value markets, achieving economies of scale and providing competitive advantages to our customers. Currently, we have developed and manufactured over 200 different types of gloves including models for automotive, firefighting, industrial, assembly, welding, and electrical work. With a current production capacity of over 250,000 pairs per month — expandable up to 450,000 pairs — we are positioned to meet growing global demand efficiently.
