About

We conduct independent on-ground Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HRDD) assessments at supplier facilities to help brands and buyers identify, assess and address risks within their supply chains. Our assessments combine document review, management engagement and confidential worker interactions to provide a realistic picture of workplace conditions.

Our support includes:

  • Pre Assessment Risk Review: Analysis of supplier profiles, sector risks and available documentation to identify key human rights and environmental risk areas prior to the visit.

  • Onsite Compliance & Systems Review: Detailed evaluation of supplier policies, management systems and operational practices related to labor standards, occupational health and safety, working hours, wages and environmental management.

  • Document & Records Verification: Review of employment contracts, payroll records, attendance logs, disciplinary records, grievance registers and compliance documentation.

  • Worker Interviews & Worker Voice: Confidential interviews and group discussions with workers to understand actual working conditions, treatment by supervisors, grievance handling and workplace culture.

  • Facility Walkthrough & Observation: Physical inspection of production areas, dormitories, canteens and other facilities to assess safety conditions, hygiene standards and overall workplace environment.

  • Management Engagement: Discussions with factory management and compliance teams to understand internal processes, challenges and improvement areas.

  • Identification of Human Rights & Environmental Risks: Structured analysis of gaps related to labor rights, discrimination, harassment, forced labor indicators, health and safety issues and environmental practices.

  • Corrective Action Plan Development: Preparation of practical and prioritized improvement plans to address identified risks and strengthen supplier systems.

  • Follow Up & Improvement Monitoring: Support in tracking implementation of corrective actions and monitoring progress over time.
