The project consists of creating a technological solution—envisioned as a conversational chatbot—whose main goal is to provide validated information about a medication, adapting it for different user profiles (patients, doctors, pharmacies, and nursing staff). To achieve this:

Design and Architecture:

• The chatbot will have a friendly yet professional persona, using a more empathetic tone for patients and a more technical tone for healthcare professionals.

• It will be available on both web and mobile applications, supported by a database of verified content, Natural Language Processing, and the ability to scale to human support if necessary.

Content and Training:

• It is based on literature validated by Gebro’s scientific department.

• It will offer conversational responses, FAQs, interactive guides, and additional resources (links, videos, etc.).

Security and Regulation:

• It meets all regulatory requirements and is supervised by the medical department.

• It manages anonymized interactions and validates access for patients, healthcare personnel, and pharmacies.
