Founded in 2020, Neomeraki is a specialized consultancy bridging the gap between classical EU Project Management and innovative Organizational Development and Process Facilitation. We address the "Hidden Risk" in Horizon Europe projects: failure due to human dynamics and fragmentation, not research or technology.

We don't manage tasks; we install a "Human Operating System" (Human OS) for your consortium that everyone can navigate and use to produce their best work together.

• Collaboration Architecture: We design participative and adaptive organizational structures and processes driven by impact. We engineer workflows, decision-making protocols, and interaction designs that foster trust and high performance, and minimize risks. Neomeraki designs and facilitates key consortium events as well as designs and operates digital tools following principles of transparency, inclusion and co-ownership.

• Social Innovation: We help RIA/IA/CSA actions meet genuine Stakeholder Engagement & Co-creation and Synergies with relevent initiatives. We supports projects with Community-of-Practice building and facilitation, including long-term stakeholder management models, engagement journeys, and innovative governance structures that sustain communities beyond the project lifecycle.

• Dual Background: Founded by Mónica Expositor, combining solid "hard skills" (Former FP7 Coordination, EC Compliance, Business Managment) with "soft skills" (Organizational Engineering, New Work, Facilitation).
