We work hand-in-hand with coordinators and technical partners to co-develop strong, competitive proposals. Our services include:

• Crafting compelling narratives and structuring proposals aligned with Horizon Europe’s objectives

• Supporting consortium building and partner positioning

• Ensuring strategic coherence with EU policies and evaluation criteria

📢 Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation (DEC)

As a DEC partner, we design and implement impactful outreach strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and uptake:

• Strategic Communication & Dissemination: Tailored plans targeting key stakeholders—policy makers, academia, industry, and citizens

• Exploitation & Impact: Business models, exploitation roadmaps, and stakeholder-driven recommendations to foster uptake

• Multi-actor Co-creation: Proven engagement approaches to involve end-users and diverse communities throughout the project lifecycle
