EU Project Consultant | Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation (CDE) Specialist

I am the founder of a microenterprise in Grand Est, France, dedicated to Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation (CDE) for EU-funded projects. My mission is to amplify collaboration, foster ecosystem creation, and ensure that research results achieve real-world relevance and uptake.

My expertise spans:

• CDE strategies, exploitation frameworks, and risk communication

• Ecosystem building, hub development, and stakeholder engagement

• Media production (newsletters, podcasts, videos, educational games, media kits)

• Immersive outreach tools including metaverse platforms for training and knowledge transfer

• Social acceptance strategies and sentiment analysis

I have successfully led communication and dissemination work packages in Horizon Europe, ERASMUS + projects such and French national initiatives, aligning project outcomes with EU standards and policy priorities.

My thematic focus includes climate innovation, carbon reduction, social inclusion, youth engagement, cultural exchange, and educational innovation. I collaborate with research institutions, industry partners, municipalities, and NGOs, offering flexible partnership as a consortium partner, subcontractor, or associated collaborator.
