The Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico y la Innovación (CDTI) is a public business entity under the Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities of Spain. Established in 1977, CDTI promotes innovation and technological development in Spanish companies by managing state and international R&D&I funding programs. It provides financial support and technical assistance to projects aimed at enhancing the technological capabilities and competitiveness of Spanish industry.
CDTI is responsible for evaluating and financing R&D&I projects developed by Spanish companies, facilitating their participation in international technological cooperation programs, and promoting the transfer of technology and innovation services. It also supports the creation and consolidation of technology-based companies. Through its activities, CDTI contributes to the advancement of technological innovation and the economic development of Spain.
