PVC composites are materials used in: • Advertising banners • Sun protection fabrics (blinds, marquees) • Blister packs for medicines • Magnetic cards, credit cards, and others • Outdoor equipment: inflatable mattresses, tents, etc. There is no satisfactory end-of-life process for these materials. Energy recovery is impossible due to the chlorine content, shredding results in a mixture that is impossible to sort satisfactorily, and chemical recycling requires the material to be broken down to its lowest molecular level. Polyloop offers a unique PVC regeneration solution that makes it possible to: • Process scattered deposits of a few dozen tons. • Produce rPVC identical to fossil PVC. • Guarantee recycling in France. Polyloop is the “wild card” for recycling PVC composite materials without degrading the material.
