Circular Shield designs and manages turnkey circular economy programs for local authorities, such as the Cercle Municipal Vertueux (CMV), already implemented in Portes-lès-Valence. Our approach enables public institutions to close the loop of the circular economy by using recycled products made from their own local packaging waste—such as beverage cartons. We support municipalities at every stage, from initial assessment to field implementation, by coordinating all stakeholders (local authorities, industrial partners, distributors, operators). Our role is to ensure material flow traceability, program consistency, and strong environmental, social, and economic performance. Our mission: to make circular economy real, accessible, and replicable, by connecting responsible public procurement with local resilience and measurable impact.
