CTP - Preparation of small and large size batches of mineral or wastes by mineral processing

Do you need to prepare your mineral or your wastes for your scientific or technical needs? Or to develop new processes ?

CTP is able to prepare batches from 1 kg to 10 tons using their different mineral processing equipments:

• Comminution: crushers and grinders from 100 kg/h to ton/h (jaw crushers, cylinder crushers, hammer mills, knife mills, ball mills, etc.)

• Sieving: several vibrating screens are available: common vibrating sieve, Flip Flow sieve, two or three nutation vibrating sieves

• Magnetic and eddy current: to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals

• Densimetric separation, in dry way (windshifter, ZZ, densimetric table) or in wet way (MGS, shaking table, sink flottation, JIG)

• Froth flottation: separation based on hydrophobicity differences between materials

• Thermal treatment, for calcination or drying, using batch or rotary ovens (till 1.100°C)

• Extraction metallurgy: acid or base leaching

• Solid/liquid separation: press filter, band filter
